Who We Are
GHS Energy Operating, LLC is a Permian owned oil and gas exploration and production company located in Midland, TX.
We have participated as a non-op working interest owner in countless wells and are operating in the Permian Basin of Texas.
Our long history owning energy focused assets enables us to evaluate oil and gas investments with a deep understanding and proven financial results. We pride ourselves on our ability to identify low-risk investments with an attractive and predictable return profile.
We’re focused on evaluating unconventional and conventional assets across the Permian. We are most experienced in acquiring PDP, leasehold, ORRI, and Minerals.
We strive to steward all of our assets with integrity and faithfulness.
Leadership
Marty Miesner
Marty’s energy experience includes business and financial management, field operations, and engineering. Marty began 26 years of oil and gas experience where he started as a lease operator and performed land work in the Texas Panhandle where he assisted his father in operating their family owned oil and gas company. In 2004, while drilling and completing oil and gas wells throughout the North Texas area, he attended The University of North Texas in Denton. Mr. Miesner graduated from The University of North Texas with a BBA in Finance in 2006. After graduating, he worked as a landman in multiple states including Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Marty has been a part of multiple Private equity E&P companies as well has his families oil and gas business.
Jared Tindle
Jared has over 20 years of oil and gas experience with a main focus on field operations. Jared has worked From Central Kansas to South Texas. Prior to Co-Founding GHS Energy Operating, he held positions with Samson Lonestar, Berry Petroleum Experience in drilling, completions, and production workovers and recompletions as a consultant for Sierra Engineering New Tech Global. He has lead well control and very complex fishing operations.
